We want you to love your 21 Draw apparel, but if your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
